About The Event

Join us for a unique experience! The Yoga Book Club is a group of individuals committed to the exploration, inquiry and discussion of inspirational and instructional texts that present in-depth principles of yoga and the yogic lifestyle in order to enhance and enrich our practice. Yoga Book Club offers a wonderful opportunity for self-study, self-observation and self-inquiry, all of which are critical to gaining the personal insights that promote our spiritual evolution.  Group members participate in monthly virtual Zoom meetings where book review and discussion is encouraged and welcomed. Enjoy a relaxed, informal approach to reading the chosen book while sharing impressions, questions and comments in a safe-space environment through group chat, group email and periodic Q & A sessions with the authors.  DETAILS >HERE<
